1. Product pricing

All products are priced incl. tax. *The price is rounded up.

2. Payment method

You can choose from the following payment methods:

For domestic use

1. Convenience store payment

At this store, you can use "convenience store payment" through KOMOJU, which allows you to pay at major convenience stores nationwide. This is a payment method recommended for customers who do not have a credit card or would like to pay in cash.

Please select "Convenience store payment" when placing your order.
After confirming your order, please use the payment number listed in the email sent from KOMOJU to pay at each convenience store.
After payment is confirmed, the item will be shipped.

• A payment fee of 220 yen will be charged.
• Payment is made in cash only.
• The payment deadline is within 3 days including the order date. Once the deadline has passed, the cancellation will be automatically made.

We cannot accept cancellations after payment has been confirmed.

2. Credit Card

Currently available credit cards are VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, DINERS and their affiliated cards.
The payment will be automatically debited from your specified account, based on the terms and conditions of each cardholder.

This site supports 3D Secure (identity authentication service) that improves credit card security. You must set a password in advance from the websites of VISA, MasterCard, and JCB and enter the password on the credit card payment screen to complete the payment, making this highly secure identity authentication.

It can be used by those who have a credit card that can be used with 3D Secure and have registered a password.
No special software is required for 3D secure deployment. Your password will not be sent via our website, but will be sent directly to your credit card company. If you have any other questions, please contact your credit card company. If the credit name and the orderer's name do not match, the order may be cancelled.

The purchase procedure remains the same as usual. On the Payment Method Selection page, select credit card payment and enter your credit card information. In this case, a password entry screen will be displayed, so please enter the password you registered on the credit card company's website in advance. Once identity verification is complete, the payment procedure will be completed.

3.Shipping fee

For domestic use

Shipping costs are included in the product sales price.
If it is possible to ship the item together, we will ship it together, but we cannot offer discounts for shipping costs.

Depending on the length of the product and the delivery area, the shipping company may be Yamato Transport, Seino Transportation, Sagawa Express, Yu-Pack, etc., and customers cannot specify the shipping company.
Depending on the size of your package, we may not be able to deliver it on your desired date and time. note that. In that case, the store where you place your order will inform you.
Please specify the delivery date on the management page of each shipping company using the tracking number listed in the shipping completion notification email.

In rods and reels,Up to two items can be packaged simultaneously per package.
The following cases cannot be packaged at the same time.

• Products from other stores
  
• Items with completely different packaging shapes such as rods and reels (those that cannot be shipped in one package)
• What can be expected to cause direct damage such as rods, lures, etc.
• If the shipping store determines that it will lead to damage

4. Fees required other than the product price

If you need a receipt, please fill in the request and notes section when placing your order. We will not issue items after they have been shipped.

5. Transportation company

For domestic use

Yamato Transport, Seino Transportation, Sagawa Express, Yu-Packetc.
We will set the order depending on the shipping area and the product delivered.
We do not accept requests for specific dates and times when placing an order. Please specify the tracking number listed in the shipping completion notification email on the management page of each shipping company.

6. About shipping products

For domestic use

Usually, from the date of your order or payment confirmation dateWe will ship within 3 business days.
Please specify the delivery date on the management page of each shipping company using the tracking number listed in the shipping completion notification email.
If there are consecutive holidays such as the New Year holidays, it may take several days for shipping.

7.Regarding returns

For domestic use

Please note that due to the nature of a second-hand product, we do not accept returns after use.
However, in the event of a "different product or damage," please contact us within 5 days including the date of arrival of the product.
If you do not contact us within 5 days, we will not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is a problem with the ordered item, we may contact you before checking the condition of the item.
If there is no problem with the product, we will not be able to return it, and we will return it with a shipping fee payment, and we will charge you the shipping fee to our store by bank transfer. If you place an order due to an incorrect entry, please contact us as soon as possible. After you contact us, we will cancel your transaction.

• If you pay by convenience store, the payment will be refunded to the bank account specified by the person in question.
• In the case of credit card payments, the margin transaction will be cancelled. However, if the credit card company processes the process, you will first make a request and refund the payment to the bank account in your name by bank transfer.

• If there is sign of use of the product, or if the product is damaged or damaged due to the customer's responsibility.
• In the case of "initial defective products" that have been received five days ago.

• If you place an order due to an incorrect entry, please contact us as soon as possible. After you contact us, we will cancel your transaction.

• If you are in a customer's convenience, you will be required to pay the round-trip freight (from us and from our customer).

8. Regarding reselling by businesses, etc.
